SURE DRIVE staff are Professionals, and our Top Flight LGV drivers have a Guaranteed Minimum of 4 years experience. Sure Drive does not accept part time drivers who lack regular driving hours, drivers straight from training school, or any driver that cannot prove a minimum of 4 years active experience in their profession. 

We apologise to those drivers having just passed their tests, and not being eligible to be a part of our guaranteed professional service, you can however register with our sister company Task Force which offers staff with 0 to 4 years experience the chance for would be professionals to learn their profession and receive the best ongoing advice from the countries best drivers. 

Naturally, a lower level of Fees are charged for this service and a lower level of income is paid at Task Force than is available from our professional service. When you have the necessary 4 years experience, providing your time in the Task Force has been successful, and you have shown true professionalism and willingness to learn that is required, you will be offered a place on our Sure Drive (professionals) team. Managing Directors Experience

Sure Drive U.K. has been planned for almost 4 years now, and only during a 4 months vacation in 2006 spent in Thailand and Bulgaria with his wife and children, did the M.D. feel refreshed enough to decide that he was ready to put all the plans and ideas that have been suppressed for the past few years into action. The M.D. has 22 years experience within the Transport Industry, including 12 years running a fleet of artics on 24 hour timed deliveries, and having seen both sides of the industry from driver and Owners perspective, having encountered the problems involved with both drivers, ever increasing costs, and management, he wishes to improve the industry for both employers and employees, giving everyone the chance to better themselves and raise everyone’s standard of living. 

 

Both Sure Drive U.K.and Task Force will operate within the following budgets and cost structures :

A Total of 80 % of turnover will be paid to our staff by way of wages and N.I. contributions.

A Total of 5 % of turnover will be allocated for office staff, sales staff, and management wages. 

A Total of 5 % of turnover will be allocated for administration costs, company fees, 
bank charges and interest fees, vehicle / travel expenses and fuel.

A Total of 3% of the overall turnover will be allocated to cover Inland Revenue taxes and legalities.

A Total of 3 % of turnover will be allocated as a budget for advertising & legal fees such as Insurances, Solicitors & Accountants fees,

A Total of 4 % of turnover will be allocated as Company profits which in turn will enable the growth and expansion of the company to a level required to produce a stable, and national network available for all our Customers & staff.
